Booking and Deposit
- To secure your appointment at Aesthetik Skin and Body, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill.
Cancellation
- We understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to receive a credit of your deposit to remain on your file.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Late Cancellation, Rescheduling or No-Show
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit.
- If your appointment included a pre- purchased treatment from a package, the treatment will be forfeited. Additionally, if your appointment was scheduled to be paid using a credit of gift certificate, the price of the service may be forfeited.
- If no deposit has been made for the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked service will be payable and charged to the card held on file or this will need to be paid before any further bookings are made.
Refund Process
- No refunds shall be offered if you attend your appointment and cannot have your treatment done, for change of mind or where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
Exception for Extenuating Circumstances
- In cases of unforeseen and extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide supporting documentation for such requests. Final decision is at our discretion.
